Simmons Kids Crib Mattresses
June 5, 2008 - About 20,000 Simmons Kids crib mattresses are recalled because some mattresses can measure less than the 27-1/4″ minimum width standard for cribs, and could allow a child to become entrapped. Pottery Barn Kids by Simmons Kids Lullaby, Simmons Kids Slumber Time Evening Star Luxury Firm, Simmons Kids Baby Mattress Series 400 and Simmons Kids Baby Mattress 234 Coil Count are possibly affected.
View model numbers, manufacture dates and instructions for measuring the mattress.
Wendy Bellissimo Hidden Hills Cribs
June 5, 2008 - About 550 Wendy Bellissimo Hidden Hills cribs sold at Babies R Us are recalled because spindle spacing may not meet federal standards and could allow a child to become entrapped. Only cribs in Navajo pine finish with model #5446-0521 printed on the bottom headboard rail are recalled.

Mini Chef Toy Kitchens
June 5, 2008 - About 65 Mini Chef toy kitchens sold at BabyStyle are recalled because the pegs supporting the oven and refrigerator shelves can come out, posing a choking hazard. The kitchens also can tip over, posing a risk of injury.

Toy Cell Phones
May 28, 2008 - About 1 million Little Tikes toy cell phones are recalled because the plastic hinge cover can detach, posing a choking hazard. The flip-style toy phones have buttons with numbers and animal pictures on them. Toy phones with a screw visible on the hinge cover are not included in the recall.

Tinkerbell Wands
May 22, 2008 - About 8,000 Tinkerbell wands sold at Disney Stores are being recalled because the paint on the pearl beads in the flowers contains lead. Return it to a Disney Store for a refund.
Pirates of the Caribbean Sleeping Bags
May 22, 2008 - More than 4,000 Pirates of the Caribbean sleeping bags sold at the Disney Store are recalled because the paint on the zipper pull contains lead. Only sleeping bags with Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones on the front, with F1652B0003 printed on the logo label, are included.
Return the sleeping bags to any Disney Store for a refund.
Lil Snugglers Blankets
May 20, 2008 - About 74,000 Lil Snugglers blankets are recalled because the stain edging on the blanket can come loose, posing a strangulation hazard. These blankets are about 14″ square and have a plush animal head in the center. Only blankets with a PO number 1330 or below are recalled. The PO number is on a white tab below the red Douglas label.

Little Rider Toys
May 20, 2008 - About 6,000 Little Rider toys are recalled because surface paints on the rider contain lead. The battery-operated toys have a plastic horse and rider and were sold at dollar and discount stores for $5-7. Return the toy to the store where purchased for a refund.
Infant Rattles
May 15, 2008 - About 7,000 Tumble Tower infant rattles from Manhattan Toy are recalled because the blue plastic end caps can break, releasing small parts that pose a choking hazard.
Call 800-541-1345 to exchange the rattle for another toy.
Munchkin Bottle & Food Warmers
May 8, 2008 - About 5,000 Munchkin Deluxe Bottle and Food Warmers with Pacifier Cleaning Basket 2-in-1 Design are recalled because they can overheat and cause a fire. Only warmers with lot number TP-1487 on the bottom are included.
Stop using immediately and call 866-619-8673 for a replacement.
Childrens’s Storage Bins from Lowes
May 1, 2008 - About 84,000 children’s pastel green or pink storage bins sold at Lowes are recalled because the surface paints contain lead. The bins have scalloped top edges and handles in the sides.
Return them to a Lowes store for a refund.
